PRODUCT ISSUES:
Q: How do I install the software?
A: To install a new product, please download and
save the setup archive on your hard drive. Double-click on the downloaded
setup archive file (e.g. solarsystem.exe) and you will be guided
through the installation process.
Q: How do I un-install the software?
A: To un-install a product, please click on Start
in the menu bar, then Programs, then choose the product you would
like to un-install, choose the un-install option. This will launch
the un-install program that will entirely and automatically remove
the product from your computer.
Q: I downloaded and installed one of the screensavers
but it won't run or says a "Required .DLL file D3D8.DLL was not
found".
A: Just upgrade your DirectX to version 8.0 or
later from http://www.microsoft.com/directx
Q: Your screensavers are very slow and jerky.
A: If you have a modern video card with at least
32 Mb of video memory, please be sure to install the latest graphics
driver from your video card manufacturer. If you need help getting
the new driver, please click

MEMBERSHIP ISSUES:
Q: I've just paid for membership but I have no
login/password
A: You will receive the login information at the
e-mail address you specified during the registration process shortly.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours please contact
us.
Q: I am already a member but my login/password
is lost or invalid
A: Please send us a message containing the name and e-mail address you used when you singed up as a member and we will re-send your login information to the specified address.
Q: Other payment problem
A: Please contact us.
Q: I love your service but I am forced to cancel my membership. How do I do that?
A: In order to cancel your membership and stop
recurring monthly charges, please send us a message with ‘cancel
my membership’ text in the subject line to support@screensavers-source.com
at least 2 business days before the date of the upcoming charge.
OTHER ISSUES:
Q: I hear downloading files from the Internet
can be dangerous
A: You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
